I stayed home with Beth today — she just seemed too fragile. And Dani was home with a cough. So I got some shopping done, and was here while the home nurse came and changed the dressing on her catheter.
The kids are off Monday (we have an appointment with Dr Rossetti that I’ll also be taking her to), so someone will be with her here till Wednesday. (Nate is off Tuesdays).
She’s eating well, which is one of the things she needs to help bring her proteins back into balance. (I’m cooking all her favorite stuff). And she’s sleeping a lot, which is also what she needs. So the plan is just to let her rest and eat and recuperate for the next week or so.
