Yesterday’s Blood Chart

Just for old times’ sake, I’ve plugged Bethany’s blood levels in yesterday. Note the red levels – for a couple of months prior to the transplant, she was scraping zero on her white blood cell and platelet counts. Yesterday, these numbers were normal: Hemoglobin 13.7 (even with transfusions, we could barely get her to 10, and she was almost always below that number). White cells were firmly in the normal range, and her platelet count was normal. She’s probably 105 days past transplant right now.
